Pneumatic or Electric?
Pneumatic is just faster than electric for emptying and cleaning the cartridges.
For refilling, pneumatic and electric technology work at the same speed.
However, a pneumatic machine requires an air compressor and you may not always have available space to set it up. In the case of a corner shop, the compressor should be setup outside of the shop because of noise consideration.
There are also "silent compressor" but it is at least 3 times more expensive with mutch lower performances.
In the electric machine, vacuum is generated by silent electric vacuum pumps enclosed int he body of the machine.
Conclusion :
For industrial type production (not in front of the customer), it is recommended to use a pneumatic machine.
For corner shop refilling (in front of the customer), it is recommended to use an electric machine.
Any electrical machine can be converted to pneumatic (let us quote you). Refill is always electric and by pump.
Electric?
You can order your machine transformer in 110V or 220V. By security, all machines uses an external transformer with 12V DC output.
Therefore it is also possible to connect the machines to a 12V DC car battery (for mobile usage or in case of power failure). We are the only world wide refilling machines suppliers , powering our machines in 12V only.
Pneumatic?
To use a pneumatic machine you need at least a normal compressor 1 cylinder 90 PSI 150 liters is enough for 2 or 3 machines. We deliver the machines with a quick connector to the air compressor.
Training / How to use?
Our machines are easy to use by common people.
We offer various level of assistance :

"Hand on" Direct training on how to use the machine : Free for each purchase in our factory. For additional training, visit the personal training section.
Free training materials : mostly of our equipment is delivered with E-manuals and CD's on how to use the machines.
WARRANTY?
All our machines come with a LIFETIME warranty. All the spare parts are compatible around the world and are easy to replace by yourself. We can help you for that. We solve 99.5% of all problems by E-Mail and if needed, we send the spare parts by DHL within 48 hours (business day).
Cleaning / Emptying?
Yes, all our refill machines have at least this double function. All models remove old ink inside the cartridge before to refill by cleaning emptying. The emptying process is by print head for all models.
How to setup the exact amount of ink?
Our machines are equipped with digital timer. Easy! Setup exactly the mL you want and the machine refill the amount of ink.
